MobilityZ Health, a product of Humans In Space Inc., is a non-regulated software platform designed to capture, organize, and visualize human body movement data using standard consumer device cameras. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The Platform enables users to record guided movement sessions, generating structured, time-stamped outputs such as session duration, completion status, and movement-related data. These outputs are provided solely for informational, workflow, and documentation support purposes. MobilityZ Health does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical interpretation.

The Platform may collect video, image, and movement data, along with user inputs and session metadata. When used with healthcare providers, certain data may constitute Protected Health Information (PHI). MobilityZ Health is designed to operate in a HIPAA-compliant manner, implementing safeguards such as encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure, and supports Business Associate Agreements where required.
Data is used only for capturing, structuring, visualizing, and sharing movement-related information. It is not used for clinical decision-making. Data may be shared with authorized providers or integrated systems with appropriate permissions.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. MobilityZ Health is not liable for decisions made using Platform data or any damages arising from its use. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Privacy Policy
MobilityZ Health collects and processes information generated through use of its platform, including video and image data captured during movement sessions, structured outputs derived from such sessions, user-provided inputs, and device or session metadata.
This information is used to capture, organize, and visualize movement-related data, generate structured summaries, support workflow efficiency, and enable authorized sharing and integrations. MobilityZ Health does not use this data to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
When used in healthcare environments, certain data may constitute Protected Health Information (PHI). MobilityZ Health is designed to comply with HIPAA requirements and implements appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect such data.
